AT HOME?

There are so many benefits to mindful movement, breath and meditation practices, but what about the benefits of practicing at home? Here are a few:

You can practice anytime that suits you, in the time you have available - If you feel like getting up at 5am to greet the sun, good for you - you can find a morning practice that will set you up perfectly for your day! If a quick midday movement or meditation break sounds just perfect today, wonderful - you can find something that will revitalize and energise you, and counteract your morning of slouching over your desk! And if you feel like you need to breathe and stretch to wind down before bed, I've got you covered - you can find a floor practice that will have you drifting off to dreamland in no time! With over 100 practices in the library, ranging from a few minutes, to 75 minutes long, and with a range of themes, you get to choose what feels perfect for you today.

You don't need to allow extra time for travel and finding a parking spot - who needs to spend more hours in their car, to go and relax, then feel stressed again by the time they get home?!

You can wear whatever you feel most comfortable in - state-of-the art technical workout gear or pyjamas are both an acceptable choice in your home studio. You do you! If flash workout gear helps you feel good and enjoy your practice, go for it, but if you'd rather save your money for other things, nobody else needs to know that you're wearing a holey pair of 15-year-old trackies (and if you haven't brushed your hair, that doesn't matter either).

There's no self-consciousness about whether you're "doing it right" - you can work in your own way, in your own time, and take a break if you need to. No comparing, no judgement (from yourself or anyone else). Just learning to focus inwards, listen to your body, and move in the way that feels best for you.
