It's the next best thing to attending a class in person (in fact, some might say it's better - no traffic or parking worries, and did I hear someone say "pyjama yoga"?!)
Now streaming 5 classes a week on Zoom, suitable for all levels. Practice in the comfort of your own home at the following times, or take advantage of the class replay to choose the time that's best for you (each class is available for 24 hours after the livestream):
YOGA: Mon, Tues Wed, 9-10.15am
PILATES: Mon 6-7pm, Fri 9-10am

My members' area contains shorter pre-recorded classes (between 5 and 30 minutes long) so that you can ALWAYS find something that fits into your day! There's a new practice added for you each week, as well as a library of previous releases, PLUS a private Facebook group where you can not only access the practices anytime, bu you'll receive support and strategies to help you get a little bit of yoga into your everyday life.
