Pilates is a mind-body discipline, with a strong emphasis on what are often referred to as the "deep core stabilisers", and which Joseph Pilates termed "the powerhouse". Nearly 100 years after its inception, the Pilates method is still going strong as the great results seen by students speak for themselves.

Practiced regularly, Pilates can help relieve back and neck pain; improve posture, breathing and immunity; and increase energy levels. On top of all that, it's a full-body workout that tones everything! Michelle's classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, offering multiple options so that every student is safe yet challenged in their practice.

    1. Payment in full is required to secure your space on this course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over after the course has ended; however 1 make-up class (at an alternative day/time) per course may be offered on a space available basis.


    2. Cancellations:

    You may cancel more than 2 weeks before the commencement of the course for a full refund, less credit card and transaction fees.


    You may cancel up to 1 week before the commencement of the course for a refund, less credit card and transaction fees and a $40 administration fee.


    Cancellations made with less than one week's notice are not refundable, but may be transferred to an alternative course including one at a later date, on a space available basis; however we make no guarantees in this regard.
